Section 1 -          The wife is the antagonist. -          The location is in London. -          The letter the wife reads from the husband is about their unhappy marriage and he won’t be back home soon. -          The husband and wife have been a married couple. -          The husband and wife have a complicated relationship. -          The wife has already ran away with her husband’s money. -          The husband’s mother worries where the husband could be, which makes her and sympathetic character. Section 2 -          The wife travels around home and her house maid gives her a letter from her husband. -          The housemaid gives the wife gives the wife a letter from her husband. -          A few weeks later there’s still sign of where the husband could be. -          The detective thinks that it’s necessary to find clues, and he finds a pile of ashes of the letter the wife burnt. Section 3 -          The wife leaves her phone while packaging  by the detective. -          The maid dies as she knew too much. -          The genre for our opening sequence is an crime , romantic , and psychological thriller. -          The maid was killed because she knew too much information about the husband’s death. -          Editing skills that we have is a voiceover the wife reading the letter. -          The sound that can be shown is music, this will create tension, and suspense in the opening sequence. The music can also create an enigma around the target audience. -          Another type of sound that can be used is the sound of raining since this creates an dark, isolated, mood. -          Lowkey  lighting can be used this will create an dark atmosphere in the opening sequence. -          Our story  is aimed at the target audience from 16-24 year olds, and we have met the requirements for our target audience. -          As there’s issues in this thriller that our target audience have the maturity and the knowledge to understand our thriller clearer then the younger audience which is unsuitable. -

Section 1 -          The wife’s “Secret lover” is the sympathetic character. -          The detective and his team is the protagonist. -          Detective wants a search warrant in the wife’s house. -          The wife is the murderer of the husband. -          The wife has flashbacks of her husband referring to the crime. -          The sympathetic characters as the husband and his mother. -          The wife deceives the people around her, which makes her suit the antagonist role. -          The wife and the “Secret lover”, planned the murder of her husband. -          The husband is unaware that the wife doesn’t love him. Section 2 -          The opening sequence of the story starts with the wife sitting in a café, and picks up an phone call from the “Secret lover”. -          The “Secret lover”, announces that the husband’s dead to his wife. -          A couple of days later the wife calls the police and explains that her husband has been missing and he was supposed to arrive home the previous night. The detective is a family friend and arrives shortly after the phone call. Section 3 -          The wife visits the police station and wants to find out more information the detective has discovered. Leaving the police station, The wife intends to go back home, pack the supplies she has and leave London. -          The wife and the “Secret lover”, work together to kill the husband. -          Open sequence consists of only close ups. -          Specifically close ups of different words of the letter and of her hands this is camera style. -          The costumes used are going to create less tension as we look more at the body language rather than the costumes itself such as the wife reaching out her arm at the story, while she’s wearing an coat. We can use natural lightning on the street -          The location for the opening sequence should be shot in the Uk. This will be easier to film as were going to film in Romford.

Section 1 -          The wife has a secret lover. -          The wife’s mother in law is a sympathetic character. -          Typing up the synopsis of film idea. -          The wife burnt the letter in the house. -          Came up with the “Secret lover” idea. -          The detective and his partner are the protagonists of the story, as they try to solve the disappearance of the husband. Section 2 -          The other sympathetic character is the housemaid as she’s putting her life in jeopardy by hiding the truth from the detective. -          The wife burns the letter written by her husband with an lighter. -          A couple of days later, the maid answer the door to the detective. -          The detective has a little understanding about the troubled relationship between the married couple, as he knows that the husband has cheated in the past, and he suspects the husband hasn’t learnt from his mistakes and is cheating again. Section 3 -          The wife’s secret lover calls when she leaves her phone and says “Don’t worry about your husband he’s dead, and we can live together away from everyone”, and the detective is in shock as he hears this. -          One convention this is a thriller is the enigma that the story gives such as where is the husband”, the maid then doesn’t know anything. There’s an pan shot of the café. There should be different shot of different areas shown in camera techniques. There are personal problems in our story that refer to law. We have created an psychological thriller from our own ideas  filled with creativity.
